We have great pleasure to introduce ourselves as manufactures of a wide range of advanced engineering products in Industrial rubber products like O-rings, Oil seals, Chevron- packing, ‘U ' and ' V ' packing, Diaphragm, Gasket, Grommets, Rubber Brushes and Rubber extrusions in Synthetic Rubbers, Neoprene, Nitrite, Silicon, Viton, EPDM, Butyl, Polyurethane and Natural rubbers. We also manufacture Industrial Plastics like Cast nylon, UHMWPE, Teflon, Polyurathene, PVC.PTFE etc. We are one of the largest stockiest of rubber sheets, rubber hoses, gum hoses, anti vibration mounts, trolley wheels, rubber gloves etc.
We cater from Small Scale to Large Scales industries and also to Multinational Companies in Cement, sugar, fertilizers, oil refiners, milk dairies, process industries and many more. Also our group companies are registered to Government agencies like NAVY, CENTRAL RAILWAY, DEFENCE, BARC, RCF. In Abroad market currently we are dealing with African,Arebian & Asian countries.

WORKING OF GROUP COMPANY
In group organization , M/s. Patil Thermoplastics provide Tools room facilities to other two units for their rubber and plastic moulds, M/s. Palus Elastomers Processors Pvt. Ltd., supplying quality raw material (rubber compounds and rubber raw cords) to M/s. Prasad Polymers with testing inbuilt facilities. to M/s. Prasad Polymers have two units as listed above, the Unit No.2 includes all machineries hydraulically operated and one operator can operate two or more than two machines, one power pack is used for two or more than two machines in a unit. The total group companies are managed and marketed under one roof with the above infrastructure and have maintained quality, quantity, prompt supply and competitive prices.
